Pricing FAQ'S
A: Estimates are based on the information provided before the service and an average expected condition.
However, during first-time cleanings or move-outs, it’s common to discover that:
More buildup is present than expected
Extra detailing is required to meet our standards
Additional time is needed to complete requested priorities properly
When this happens, the service may require additional labor beyond the initial estimate. Any extension is done to ensure the quality and consistency that separates us from other cleaning companies.
A: Our rates are priced per man-hour, which means the rate applies per cleaner, not for the whole team.
The Math: If your service takes 6 man-hours total, the price is the same whether we send:
2 Cleaners working for 3 Hours (2 x 3 = 6 hours)
3 Cleaners working for 2 Hours (3 x 2 = 6 hours)
In both cases, your home receives the exact same amount of focused labor.
A: We reward consistency. Our rates are tiered based on how frequently we maintain your home, as frequent visits require less heavy lifting.
| Service Frequency | Rate (Per Cleaner / Per Hour) |
| Weekly | $42.50 / hr |
| Bi-Weekly | $45.00 / hr |
| Monthly | $50.00 / hr |
| One-Time / Move-Out | $55.00 / hr |
A: Yes. To cover the cost of travel, supplies, and fair wages for our high-quality staff, we have a Minimum Service Charge of $165. This covers up to 3 Man-Hours of detailed cleaning. Even if a small job takes less time, the minimum ensures our team is compensated fairly for their dispatch.
A: Yes. When possible, our team or coordinator will communicate if additional time is recommended to complete the service properly. You always have the option to approve, decline, or prioritize specific areas.
A: Absolutely. If you have a strict budget, please let us know before the service begins so we can prioritize the areas that matter most to you within that time.
A: Teams allow us to:
Work more efficiently
Reduce fatigue and errors
Complete services faster without compromising quality
Whether we send 2 or 3 cleaners, the pricing is based on total man-hours, not team size.
A: Every home is different, especially for first-time, deep, or move-out cleanings. Flat rates in those cases often lead to rushed jobs, missed details, or inconsistent results.
By charging based on actual labor when the scope can vary:
You pay only for the work your home truly needs
Our teams are never rushed
Our quality standards are consistently met
This approach protects both you and our cleaners and ensures the level of care that sets us apart.
For weekly and bi-weekly recurring services, where the scope of work remains consistent, we do offer flat-rate pricing. Once your home is fully caught up, recurring visits allow us to maintain your space efficiently at a predictable rate while delivering the same high standard of service.
