1. Rough clean
Bulk debris, dust and tape residue removed after framing, drywall and MEP.
2. Light clean
All surfaces, floors, fixtures and windows inside and out; labels removed; cabinets cleaned inside and out.
3. Final clean
A final pass after the walkthrough and punch list, right before handover.
