Terms of Service

Service Description

Mexi Maids Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, apartment cleaning, vacation-rental turnovers, office cleaning, medical-facility cleaning, gym cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, within San Diego County. The specific scope of work for any appointment is the scope confirmed with you at the time of booking or quoting; requests made outside that confirmed scope may require a separate quote.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability at the time of booking. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments (a cleaner arriving to find no access, or a cancellation made with little notice) may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee, which will be communicated to you at booking or before it applies.

Recurring service plans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) can generally be paused, rescheduled, or canceled by contacting us in advance of the next scheduled visit; specific notice requirements will be confirmed with you when you set up recurring service.

Payment Terms

Pricing is quoted based on the details you provide (home or facility size, service type, and scope) and confirmed before service is performed. We do not process payments directly through this website; payment for booked services is arranged and collected separately, outside of this site, through the method agreed upon when your appointment is confirmed. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the space differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting, and any such adjustment will be discussed with you before additional charges apply.

Liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property while providing service. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us promptly so we can address it. Our liability for any claim relating to services performed is limited to the cost of the service giving rise to the claim, except where a broader obligation is required by law. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling, or for pre-existing damage or wear not caused by our service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
